Emergency Support Services Travel Consultant - Nordics (Remote) Full-time, Denmark

As a Travel Consultant, you'll serve as the frontline of our company. Your role will involve addressing client inquiries and assisting both new and existing clients to travel smartly. As a Travel Consultant, you will

- Investigate and secure travel bookings for clients - Deeply understand and consistently apply client travel policies to offer guidance - Handle all necessary regulatory requirements - Supply clients with essential industry information, including fare savings, exchange rates, and penalties - Identify areas to enhance operational procedures and client partnerships, suggesting improvements - Continuously update and disseminate knowledge of the travel industry, policies, and procedures

About you

- You possess substantial experience as a travel consultant - You are proficient in the GDS system, Amadeus - You excel in both oral and written communication in Danish and English, with additional Nordic languages being advantageous - You have a solid grasp of the travel industry, including policies, procedures, and processes
