micro1 is seeking knowledgeable Travel, Hospitality & Culinary Specialists to join an innovative project aimed at enhancing business presentation strategies. In this role, you'll utilize your industry insights to assist in training advanced AI systems. Your contributions will influence how these models understand and present information, leveraging real-world, high-quality data. No prior AI experience is necessary; what we value most is your deep understanding of the industry.

Scope of Work

- Evaluate and interpret PowerPoint slides related to travel, hospitality, and culinary themes. - Revise and enhance these slides using Microsoft PowerPoint, improving data visualization and narrative clarity. - Edit content for better comprehension and impact, while preserving accuracy and context-specific details, such as industry-specific terminology and nuances. - Maintain a comprehensive record of all modifications, explaining the rationale behind each change and the reasons for retaining certain elements. - Interpret and refine materials intended for senior executives, such as property performance reviews, guest experience analyses, food and beverage strategies, and occupancy or demand forecasts. - Ensure presentations are tailored for high-level audiences, clearly articulating message hierarchies and the choices made in each presentation. - Engage in flexible, sprint-based project cycles that fit your schedule, with each slide typically requiring 1-2 hours of work.

Preferred Qualifications

- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in hospitality, travel, tourism, or food and beverage industries. - Proven ability to create executive-level presentations for industry stakeholders, with advanced PowerPoint skills. - Strong written communication skills, emphasizing clarity, attention to detail, and effective data visualization. - Proficiency in critical thinking and content editing, with the ability to refine both narrative and visual elements of presentations. - Practical knowledge of message hierarchy, evidence-based titling, and effective storytelling within business presentations. - Familiarity with industry frameworks, definitions, and assumptions, ensuring they are appropriately represented in presentation content. - Background in AI model training, evaluation, or similar projects is a plus but not mandatory.
