Mangobeds offers a property management solution for a diverse range of accommodations, including colivings, hostels, hotels, campsites, glamping sites, cabins, retreats, surf stays, villas, and vacation rentals—whether you manage a few units or up to 200. We serve customers in Europe, the Americas, and Asia, and we're seeking self-employed sales representatives to expand our customer base.

HERE'S WHAT YOU CAN EARN - Pure commission-based. You'll earn 30% of a customer's first-year payment, increasing to 35% and then 40% as you bring in more customers. - Paid monthly, within 15 days of the end of the month, after the customer has been with us for at least a month. No extended vesting periods or quarterly waiting periods. - If a customer signs up for an annual plan, you can receive a significant upfront payment, potentially for a single large transaction. - You’ll identify and approach your own markets and clients, selecting the operators you target, and we will support you with product access, demo properties, and pricing advice. - Your current clients remain with you. The only rule is that you cannot sell to a competitor's property management system. - Fully flexible, working from anywhere and at your convenience. There are no fixed working hours, quotas, or daily activity reports.

HERE'S WHAT WE LOOK FOR - Experience in selling software, travel, or hospitality services, with the ability to manage your own sales pipeline. - Familiarity with the coliving, hostel, hotel, or holiday rental sectors, or a willingness to quickly learn about them. - Self-employed status, with the capability to submit invoices to us. - Proficiency in English, with additional fluency in Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, French, or German.
