This role requires strong interpersonal skills, organizational prowess, and a professional and engaging phone demeanor. Key responsibilities include managing call schedules, making sufficient outreach attempts, adhering to company protocols, and documenting activities for the Senior Sales Director to maintain accurate and timely reporting.
Requirements: Education and Qualifications:
- At least two years of experience in sales or a professional capacity. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clear and professional delivery. - Ability to confidently present to a diverse audience. - Experience in making cold calls to potential clients. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and a basic understanding of CRM systems.
Performance Duties:
- Initiate contact with potential and existing customers via phone and email to qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team. - Arrange product demonstrations for qualified customers. - Maintain relationships with existing clients in the Commercial Real Estate sector, setting up follow-up meetings to enhance client retention and service adoption. - Offer feedback to the Head of Inside Sales on the technology platform to aid in future product development and planning. - Share client feedback regarding content quality, needs, and information requests. - Achieve call targets set by the company as outlined in the Inside Sales Incentive Compensation program. - Prioritize calls, make sufficient attempts to contact prospects, follow company protocols, document activities in the CRM, and report to management to ensure effective client engagement. - Utilize company tools and technology during calls with prospects. - Provide input on necessary changes based on continuous feedback and market conditions. - Handle inbound calls to convert them into meetings. - Overcome objections from prospective customers. - Conduct thorough research using company databases and other industry resources to qualify leads and gather detailed information, updating the CRM consistently. - Support CRM management by collaborating with Sales Directors to ensure all calls are recorded, calendars are managed, and activities are accurately logged in the pipeline. - Review the upcoming pipeline with the team to identify steps that can advance clients and ensure CRM stages are up-to-date for accurate reporting. - Prioritize and schedule key client meetings, reschedule as needed, and confirm appointments 48-72 hours in advance and on the day of the meeting. - Coordinate customer training sessions with key clients to ensure they can effectively use the service for analytics, market reviews, and research to boost their success and adoption.
