micro1 is currently seeking experienced Sales Agents (Securities & Commodities) to contribute to an innovative project aimed at enhancing advanced AI benchmarks. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to assist in training future AI systems. Your contributions will influence how these models learn, reason, and operate based on real-world data. Prior experience in AI is not necessary; what is critical is your domain knowledge. You will design and create authoritative evaluation tasks that accurately represent the complexity of securities and commodities markets. This involves interacting with diverse datasets such as CSVs, PDFs, spreadsheets, and technical documents to formulate challenging, multi-step problems that test AI's ability to interpret, reason, and act in actual market settings.

Scope of Work

- Create realistic evaluation tasks for AI systems, mimicking complex activities in securities and commodities trading, client advisory, and compliance reasoning. - Gather, compile, and curate genuine supporting materials, including market data, client records, and pertinent regulatory references. - Establish and rationalize correct market decisions or advisory actions, taking into account compliance and regulatory standards. - Author detailed rubrics with over 35 criteria to systematically evaluate agent performance in market judgment, compliance awareness, and client communication precision. - Ensure the complexity and authenticity of tasks accurately mirror real-life operations rather than simplified scenarios. - Work closely with technical teams to clarify task objectives and improve benchmarking criteria.

Preferred Qualifications

- Current Series 7/63 license or its international equivalent to demonstrate regulatory proficiency. - At least 4 years of experience in a brokerage, banking, or trading platform setting, particularly in compliance-driven workflows. - Direct involvement in executing trades and providing client advisory services within the securities and commodities markets. - Proficient in analyzing and interpreting market data, technical documentation, and regulatory materials. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on producing clear, detailed, and comprehensive technical reports. - Proven capability to develop sophisticated tasks and grading rubrics relevant to practical financial operations. - Experience working remotely and independently on intricate projects is advantageous.

Compensation Structure Compensation is based on output, with experts being paid for tasks that meet project specifications. The time needed to complete assignments can vary depending on the expert's experience and workflow. A minimum number of tasks must be submitted weekly.
