Key Responsibilities We’re seeking a data‑driven Growth Marketing Manager to own acquisition strategies and execution for our fast-growing brands. You’ll lead performance across media channels, funnel optimization, and creative messaging to achieve defined revenue, acquisition, and profit targets.

* Define and execute media strategies with budgets above $1M/month to hit acquisition and revenue goals.

* Optimize the entire funnel-from ad creative to checkout and upsell-to maximize customer value and profitability.

* Drive creative strategy by product, audience, and channel, ensuring brand consistency.

* Prioritize improvements weekly/bi‑weekly using a 20/80 framework.

* Lead upsell/downsell testing via proprietary one‑click funnel software.

* Monitor and optimize each step in the customer journey from platform messaging through thank‑you page.

Requirements

* +5 years developing and executing growth marketing strategies-particularly in e‑commerce or consumer products.

* Experience managing six‑figure monthly ad spend across Meta Ads.

* Skilled at interpreting consumer data to drive creative and media decisions.

* Strong collaboration and communication with creative, engineering, and marketing teams.

* Organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable owning complex funnels from paid media setup to upsell flows and thank‑you pages.
