Direct-Response Creative Strategist (YouTube Ads) -

The work is demanding and the bar is high. Requirements

* A real understanding of Eugene Schwartz’s awareness stages and how to apply them to cold traffic

* Experience scripting hooks, mini VSLs, and full ad concepts

* The ability to look at performance data and use it to build the next creative

* Proven spend behind your work - creatives you’ve written that have run profitably at scale

* Comfort using AI tools as part of your day-to-day workflow
