In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required - your domain knowledge is what matters. This project presents a unique opportunity for experienced design professionals to leverage their UX/UI skills in a forward-looking, AI-driven initiative, all from the flexibility of a remote environment. Preferred Qualifications

* Expert-level proficiency in UX/UI design methodologies, with a substantial portfolio demonstrating user-centered work across web and mobile platforms.

* Advanced experience with Figma, including prototyping and design system management.

* Demonstrated ability to interpret and leverage analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics for data-driven design decisions.

* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong emphasis on clear documentation and constructive feedback.

* Experience working on agile, cross-functional projects as an independent contributor or consultant.

* Familiarity with the unique challenges and opportunities in designing for AI-driven products or digital experiences (nice to have, not required).

* A passion for exploring how human-centered design translates to the development of intelligent systems.
