As a dispatcher/coordinator, you will utilize protocol-driven decision making to receive, assess, and route emergency requests in real-time, ensuring effective and timely resource allocation. Scope of Work

* Receive and triage emergency requests via radio, phone, and chat, applying standardized protocols and checklists for accuracy and efficiency.

* Prioritize concurrent requests, determining the urgency and nature of each situation to allocate resources appropriately in real time.

* Document all inbound communications and dispatch decisions with clarity, ensuring thorough and accurate records.
