Role Title: QuickBooks Specialist Role Type: Contract Location: Remote In this role, you'll use your day-to-day QuickBooks experience to review accounting workflows, validate financial data, and identify inconsistencies to help improve AI systems. Responsibilities:

* Work with QuickBooks Online and/or Desktop

* Manage invoicing, bill payments, and bank reconciliations

* Generate and review P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports

* Maintain Chart of Accounts, customers, and vendors

* Identify accounting errors and workflow issues

Requirements:

* Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and/or Desktop

* Strong bookkeeping or accounting background

* Experience with financial reporting and reconciliations

* Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail

Preferred:

* Bookkeeper, Accountant, Finance Professional, or Small Business Owner

* Experience managing multiple clients or business entities

* Familiarity with financial compliance and accounting best practices
