Job Title: Python Game Developer (Panda3D) Job Type: Contract Location: Remote micro1 is looking for experienced Panda3D developers to support an AI training project. In this role, you will use Panda3D to complete real-world 3D game development tasks and explain your workflows step by step. Your expertise will help improve how AI systems understand game development and 3D simulations. Key Responsibilities:

* Create and modify 3D games and simulations using Panda3D.

* Work with Python, 3D models, animations, and game logic.

* Develop and improve game mechanics, controls, and interactive environments.

* Debug issues and optimize game performance.

* Complete advanced Panda3D tasks and explain your workflows step by step.

* Create clear instructions and detailed prompts for game development tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Strong professional experience using Panda3D.

* Hands-on experience with Python and C++ programming.

* Good understanding of 3D graphics, game development, and simulations.

* Experience using GitHub for code management.

* Access to Panda3D and ability to record your screen while completing tasks.

* English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

* Ability to explain technical workflows clearly.

Preferred Qualifications:

* A portfolio of Panda3D or 3D game development projects.

* A relevant master's degree or PhD.

* Previous Human Data experience, such as data annotation, RLHF, or AI model evaluation.

* Experience optimizing 3D games and simulations.
