* Complete and review realistic workflows within Salesforce.

* Work with leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, and other CRM records.

* Create and manage Salesforce reports and dashboards.

* Use Salesforce Flow and automation features to support common business processes.

* Manage and organize CRM data accurately.

* Explore Salesforce features and identify common real-world use cases.

* Clearly document the steps needed to complete different Salesforce workflows.

* Review workflows and provide feedback based on your Salesforce experience.

Preferred Qualifications

* Strong hands-on experience using Salesforce CRM.

* Experience managing leads, contacts, accounts, and opportunities.

* Familiarity with Salesforce Flow, automation, reports, and dashboards.

* Experience using Salesforce for sales, CRM, or business operations workflows.

* Good understanding of CRM data management.
