Your Responsibilities:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and remote Early Childhood Mathematics Instructor to work with students from preschool through kindergarten. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of math concepts, be capable of preparing and delivering engaging and age-appropriate math classes, and effectively communicate with both students and their parents.

As a Mathematics Instructor, you will:

- Teach online math classes for students on a weekly basis (10-20 classes = approximately 10-20 hours/week)

- Class assignments and teaching hours will be adjusted based on your readiness for lesson preparation and the satisfaction of your students

- Participate in teaching assistant roles by attending classes and learning from experienced lead teachers

- Conduct initial lessons with new students to assist in proper class placement (5-10 hours/week)

- Grade homework and communicate with parents weekly to provide updates on students' learning progress and areas for improvement (3-5 hours/week)

- Fulfill other tasks assigned by the teaching management team

Schedule:

- Work from approximately 2:00pm-8:00pm on Tuesdays to Sundays (with 1-2 days off)

- Class schedules take priority; flexible availability for non-teaching hours

Requirements:

- A bachelor's degree or higher (all majors are welcome; preference given to those with Education or STEM-related backgrounds)

- Previous math teaching experience is advantageous

- High-energy, enthusiastic, and charismatic; capable of engaging and exciting young learners

- Availability and willingness to work full-time from Tuesday to Sunday starting April 2026

- Passionate about education, responsible, and enthusiastic about working with children

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially when interacting with parents

- Access to a stable computer, reliable internet connection, and timely communication

Compensation and Benefits:

- Competitive Pay: - Teaching Hours: $35 per hour - Administrative Hours (Lesson Prep, Grading, Parent Communication): $16-$22 per hour - End-of-Semester Commission based on performance: Target 15%
