Role Overview
- Design and Implement Solutions: Optimize Ubuntu for the latest IoT and server-class hardware and software. - Partner Collaboration: Work with partners to deliver a seamless Ubuntu experience on their platforms. - Technical Leadership: Lead technical engagements that span from cloud to edge, ensuring a holistic approach to system architectures. - Integration Support: Assist partners in integrating their applications, SDKs, and optimizing their OS images with Ubuntu Core, Desktop, and Server. - Advanced Technologies: Engage with the latest operating systems and application technologies in the enterprise.

Requirements
- Passion for Technology: A genuine enthusiasm for working with top-tier talent. - Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, STEM, or a related field. - Linux Expertise: Experience with Linux packaging (Debian, RPM, Yocto). - Open Source Community: Familiarity with open source communities and licenses. - Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python, C, and C++. - Remote Team Skills: Proven ability to thrive in a globally distributed team.
