Requirements for a Data Scientist:

* A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in Data Science

* At least 3 years of practical experience with Python

* At least 3 years of practical experience with Databricks

* Essential experience with RAG and LLM

* Advanced technical skills, including the ability to build projects from scratch and a deep understanding of application architecture

* Excellent communication in English, including the ability to discuss business tasks, justify decisions, and communicate issues effectively. Good self-presentation is also crucial for client interactions

* Strong organizational skills, capable of working full-time remotely with minimal supervision
