Driven by growth and scalability, we are now inviting experienced Mathematicians to join our game development team. The ideal candidate will work closely with Product Owners and other mathematicians, contributing to our company's strategic objectives.

Core Duties

- Design captivating game mathematics and mechanics in partnership with Product Owners and interdisciplinary teams - Refine game mathematics and mechanics to optimize the final product - Run simulations to evaluate game math and its alignment with expected outcomes and other games in our portfolio - Conduct competitive game math analyses to uncover meaningful insights - Create rapid prototypes to test game mechanics and concepts - Engage in the entire game creation process, from inception to completion - Collaborate with development teams to provide game math specifications - Act as a key discussion partner to enhance our games - Assess risks and calculate the probability of player wins - Share knowledge, set best practices, and challenge existing norms - Offer analytical support, including validation of big wins, player session analysis, and monitoring RTP deviations to maintain game integrity and performance

Desired Qualifications

- Proven experience (at least 3 years) as a game mathematician in the online gambling sector - Proficiency in scripting and any programming language, with a preference for Typescript and Javascript - Sound understanding of various programming paradigms - Strong aptitude for tackling intricate and complex mathematical problems - Attention to detail: ability to identify and correct minor errors in mathematical models - Passion for slot games, both as a developer and a player - Capability to quickly develop rough ideas into prototypes - Basic knowledge of HTTP client-server requests - Data-driven and analytical approach in decision-making - Enthusiasm for tackling challenges and setting ambitious goals
