Job Type: Full-time

As a Solutions Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

- Serving as a product specialist and a reliable advisor for clients, offering guidance to help them get the most out of our SpeedSize technology.

- Acquiring experience in front-end and back-end development, web optimization, performance best practices, AI/ML, cloud computing, media compression, and CDNs.

- Responding to technical inquiries from customers, resolving integration challenges, and showcasing the capabilities of the technology.

- Guiding new customers through their technical onboarding process and crafting an implementation plan that aligns with their goals.

- Formulating new technical requirements for integration and setting project timelines.

- Managing all technical aspects from pre-sales to launch and scaling, working closely with internal and external teams.

- Ensuring timely resolution of customer requests and issues, collaborating with Customer Success, R&D, Sales, and Marketing teams.

- Implementing QA practices to guarantee high-quality integrations and solutions.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer

- 3+ years of experience with solution architecture

- 3+ years of experience with Node.js and React.js

- Advanced English communication skills, with the ability to discuss business tasks, justify decisions, and address issues. Strong presentation skills are also necessary for client interactions.

- Flexibility and adaptability, enabling you to quickly adapt to new projects and deliver results efficiently.
