The employer's description
We are looking for a Product Manager to play a key role in shaping and delivering digital products within an application development environment. This person will work at the intersection of product discovery and delivery, taking ownership of the product lifecycle end-to-end - from understanding and validating problems and opportunities, to defining solutions, and ensuring their successful execution and iteration. From early discovery through delivery, they will ensure teams are focused on building valuable, high-quality solutions in dynamic and fast-paced contexts. They will drive alignment across teams, balancing product vision, user experience, and technical constraints, while maintaining a strong focus on solving the right problems before building solutions. What you’ll do
* Lead product discovery efforts, identifying, shaping, and validating problems, opportunities, and potential solutions before development.
* Understand business needs and translate them into clear product definitions, scope, priorities, and delivery strategy, ensuring alignment between product direction and execution.
* Collaborate with stakeholders, users, and cross-functional teams to define hypotheses and validate them through research, data, and experimentation.
* Define product direction, scope, and delivery strategy, ensuring alignment between business goals and execution.
* Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is aligned with project goals and continuously refined.
* Write structured user stories and acceptance criteria to guide development teams.
* Work closely with development, UX/UI, and QA throughout the full delivery lifecycle.
* Lead and facilitate agile ceremonies, ensuring alignment, clarity, and team effectiveness.
* Align stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clarity, focus, and shared understanding.
* Validate deliverables and ensure outcomes meet both business and user expectations.
* Own the end-to-end delivery process, ensuring timely execution, quality outcomes, and alignment with business goals.
* Adapt to changing priorities, multiple projects, and evolving environments, while maintaining clear ownership of team coordination, delivery follow-up, and progress tracking.
Requirements
* Experience participating in or leading product discovery processes (user research, problem definition, validation, etc.)
* Experience working as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role.
* Background in application development projects (web and/or mobile).
* Solid understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or similar).
* Ability to translate business needs into structured, actionable requirements.
* Experience collaborating with technical and design teams.
* Strong communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities.
* Ability to navigate ambiguity and work effectively in dynamic environments.
Nice to have
* Experience working with multiple clients or projects simultaneously.
* Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Notion, or similar.
* Knowledge of UX principles and user-centered design practices.
We value people who
* Are proactive, structured, and solution-oriented.
* Think critically about product decisions, priorities, and processes.
* Are comfortable balancing product thinking with delivery execution.
* Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Take ownership and drive alignment across teams.
* Thrive in fast-paced environments with changing priorities.
