The Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and strategy for our Funnels and Workflows products. We seek a candidate with a blend of product and technical expertise to drive product vision in a highly technical and experimental environment, where user experience, growth strategies, and data analysis intersect.

RevenueCat powers monetization for 40% of newly launched subscription apps, with Workflows and Funnels being the key products that facilitate monetization through automated subscription management, lifecycle campaigns, and converting web traffic into paying subscribers.

We aim to be proactive and strategic in suggesting what developers should prioritize to boost their earnings. Our goal is to build the “Profit Boosting Machine.”

You will oversee two of RevenueCat’s critical growth areas. Workflows will enable developers to automate subscription decisions and run win-back campaigns based on subscriber behavior. Funnels will convert web users into paying mobile subscribers, providing a new acquisition channel for our clients.

You will work closely with leadership, collaborate with engineering and data teams, and serve as the primary advocate for customer success, focusing on conversion, retention, and growth of subscriber bases.

Responsibilities

- Own the product strategy and roadmap for RevenueCat’s Workflows and Funnels. - Prioritize customer needs by deeply engaging with both prospective and existing customers to identify feature gaps and enhance adoption. Actively manage issues and improve customer outcomes. - Propose, develop, and maintain features that deliver significant value, allowing customers to create engaging experiences, measure results, and iterate swiftly. - Establish a clear and impactful vision, breaking it down into actionable plans with defined timelines. - Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to bring these growth tools to market, ensuring seamless execution.

Requirements

- At least 5 years of product management or technical product engineering experience, with significant experience in mobile app development. - Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in SQL and the ability to analyze data independently and develop robust metrics. - Technical acumen, comfortable discussing APIs, data models, and risk logic with technical partners. - Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas clearly and effectively in both written and verbal formats.
