We’re looking for a Procurement Specialist At Tecspal , we’re scaling fast and smart, strategic procurement plays a key role in our growth. We’re looking for a Procurement Specialist who knows how to build strong supplier relationships, streamline operations, and ensure our customers get the best experience possible. If you’re someone who enjoys solving problems, negotiating win-win deals, and collaborating closely with sales and customer teams we’d love to hear from you. Responsibilities:
* Manage procurement processes in an assigned region. - Negotiate terms with suppliers. - Monitor and analyze procurement KPIs to drive performance. - Work hand-in-hand with sales and customer service teams to align on priorities and stock needs. - Develop new suppliers.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in purchasing or selling IT equipment. - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solution-driven. - Proactive mindset with a desire to grow professionally. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Experience with Claude and AI tools.
