You will leverage your expertise to assist in training advanced AI systems. Your contributions will guide how these models learn, reason, and operate based on real-world data. Prior experience in AI is not necessary; what we value most is your deep understanding of the healthcare field. Key Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough evaluations of healthcare applications like Epic, MyChart, Meditech, Athena, CoverMyMeds, 3M CodeFinder, Health Equity, and Lifeline - Utilize your clinical workflow knowledge to verify the accuracy and realism of AI-generated outputs - Offer detailed comments, annotations, and assessments in line with project standards - Engage with the project team to ensure high-quality and timely deliverables

Desired Qualifications

- At least 2 years of practical experience in healthcare administration, clinical documentation, medical billing/coding, or a related field - Direct experience with one or more Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems such as Epic, Meditech, Athena, MyChart, or CoverMyMeds - Comprehensive knowledge of clinical processes, including patient records, billing cycles, coding, and prior authorizations - Fluent English at B2 level or higher - A stable internet connection and readiness to begin at any time
