About the Role Division: Delivery Team: Training & Support Meet the Peek Team: Join our dynamic team focused on delivering exceptional support.

Travel: Up to 40% travel annually.

Work Schedule: Flexible hours throughout the week. Core overlapping hours are 11:00-16:00 UTC. Approximately 40 hours per week.

Role Overview Reporting to the Head of Partner & Customer Enablement, the Enablement Lead will work closely with implementing partners and software users in low and middle-income countries to ensure they confidently adopt and effectively use Peek's software and data intelligence platform. This role involves coaching and facilitating training sessions to ensure quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Onboarding and Training: Lead structured onboarding and enablement programs, delivering hands-on training sessions using both digital and non-digital learning assets. - Field Support: Provide support during field monitoring visits and ensure partners stay aligned with the latest software releases. - Knowledge Update: Stay current with internal software knowledge as Peek’s product evolves. - Staff Training: Train new Peek staff on the use of Peek Capture and Admin. - Coaching and Development: Coach and develop core teams, Trainer of Trainers (ToT), Partner-as-Trainer (PaT) representatives, and Training Consultants to ensure consistent and independent training. - Quality Assurance: Quality assure all Peek training models, from Peek through partners’ trainers to end users, using on-ground observation and remote monitoring. Provide feedback and coaching to ensure quality standards are met. - Screening Protocols: Reinforce screening and referral protocols, ensuring high-quality practice and early intervention where necessary. - Program Design: Attend in-country programme design workshops, lead configuration, and work closely with Programme Management Leads (PMLs) and partners to ensure clean data reporting. - Outcome Monitoring: Monitor software adoption and behavior-change outcomes, providing insights and interventions to partners based on usage and outcome data. - Subject Matter Expert: Collaborate with the wider enablement team to review and improve training materials, gathering feedback and driving product changes. - Support and Escalation: Handle incoming partner queries, tickets, bugs, and enhancement requests, resolving issues and escalating when necessary. - Program Management: Plan and manage multiple country team programs in parallel, ensuring alignment with internal projects and realistic capacity. - Documentation and Transparency: Maintain enablement plans using tools like Monday.com boards, keeping meeting notes current and transparent. - Accountability: Take full ownership and accountability for workload, decisions, and outcomes. Ensure partners achieve program outcomes and enablement gaps are addressed.

Required Attributes

- Qualifications and Experience: A teaching or training qualification with at least 2 years of experience as a teacher, trainer, or facilitator. - Country Experience: Proven experience training teams remotely in low-middle-income countries. - Software Understanding: Strong understanding of software products, configuration, and customer adoption. - Relationship Management: Experience managing customer or partner relationships, driving better outcomes. - Coaching Skills: Strong coaching and facilitation skills, building capability in others. - Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences. - Data Management: Confident with data, tracking engagement and outcomes, and making sound decisions. - Time Management: Excellent time and program management skills. - Self-Management: High personal ownership and accountability, self-directed and reliable. - Team Collaboration: A collaborative approach, actively supporting colleagues to achieve shared goals. - Scalability: Comfortable with change and scalability.
