About the Role

BrightTech Innovations is seeking a Senior CRO Manager—someone who is deeply committed to conversion optimization and delivering tangible results. In this role, you will have a clear objective: to achieve a 15% increase in conversion rates within a quarter. Unlike other companies where CRO specialists merely offer suggestions, you will lead the entire process: from data analysis and hypothesis development to creating detailed mockups, collaborating with developers on implementation, and ultimately owning the performance outcomes. Responsibilities

- Lead comprehensive optimization cycles: research → hypothesis → design → testing → deployment. - Conduct thorough funnel analysis and competitive benchmarking to identify impactful opportunities. - Design high-quality UI/UX mockups that effectively communicate your vision and uphold brand standards. - Collaborate with engineers to ensure flawless test implementation and deployment. - Maintain meticulous attention to detail and quality throughout the process. - Analyze test outcomes with statistical rigor, making informed scaling decisions. - Document findings and develop a systematic testing roadmap for ongoing conversion growth. - Present insights and results to stakeholders, building alignment and momentum.

Qualifications

- Proven CRO Experience: 3+ years of hands-on CRO experience, preferably in subscription or SaaS environments, with documented performance improvements. - Design Expertise: Strong UI/UX understanding, capable of creating compelling, detailed mockups. - Analytical Skills: Proficient in tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar. - Execution Skills: Exceptional attention to detail with a strong drive for action in fast-paced environments. - Ownership Mentality: Self-motivated, proactive, and fully accountable for performance outcomes. - Communication Skills: Clear, persuasive communicator with excellent English proficiency (written and spoken).

Nice to Have

- Familiarity with marketing attribution models, UTM parameters, and ROAS measurement. - Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute swiftly. - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
