Your Role:
As a Sales Development Representative at Huntress, you’ll be part of a small, dynamic group dedicated to expanding our footprint in the Australian market. Your responsibilities include identifying new prospects and converting qualified accounts into meetings for our Account Executive team. This role involves both proactive cold calling and responding to inbound opportunities. You’ll also articulate our value proposition and promptly address any questions that arise.
How We Work:
* Generate new business opportunities by handling a mix of outbound and inbound leads to fuel our growth in Australia * Engage Managed Service Providers (MSPs) through various communication channels to understand their challenges and identify potential solutions * Act independently and propose process improvements, training, technology usage, and other business enhancements * Collaborate with sales management to develop targeted call strategies and messaging to create new business opportunities * Conduct a high volume of calls and other activities to schedule qualified meetings for the AE team * Maintain accurate records in our CRM system to ensure lead and account updates
