Chase and Higgins Return

Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow has his wide receivers back for the upcoming game against the Dolphins at Hard Rock Stadium. Ja’Marr Chase, who had been dealing with a concussion, cleared concussion protocol in time to suit up for the game. Running mate Tee Higgins, who had a groin/neck injury, also returned to practice fully.

Chase, the fourth-leading receiver in the NFL with 86 yards per game, is looking for his first 100-yard game of the season. Higgins, with 25 catches for 401 yards, is aiming to continue his career year against a Miami defense ranked 19th against the pass.

Bengals' Inactives

The Bengals had several inactives for the upcoming game. Rookie wide receiver Colbie Young, center Connor Lew, tight end Jack Endries, and defensive tackle Landon Robinson were all ruled out. Backup safety Kyle Dugger was also inactive due to a quad injury.

With defensive tackle B.J. Hill (Achilles) and edge Shemar Stewart returning, the Bengals have 10 defensive linemen up, which could be a significant factor given the hot weather at 90 degrees, the hottest game ever in October at Hard Rock Stadium.
