In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required - your domain knowledge is what matters. Scope of Work

* Define clear and measurable learning objectives tailored to specific program audiences.

* Design structured learning programs, including the full pathway from objectives to modules, activities, and assessments.

* Create engaging educational content, such as instructional materials, presentations, and resources suitable for digital delivery.

* Develop basic assessment tools (quizzes, rubrics) to effectively measure learner progress and achievement.

* Collaborate and communicate with stakeholders in a remote environment, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

* Iterate on program design and materials based on feedback and evolving project requirements.

* Document processes and best practices to support consistent quality and knowledge sharing.

Preferred Qualifications

* Proven expertise in training, instructional design, adult learning, or a related field.
