An established and fast-growing SaaS company is looking for a Senior Product Designer to help shape the future of its platform and user experience. This is a hands-on product role for someone who enjoys solving complex workflow challenges, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, and creating thoughtful experiences that deliver real value to users. The company works with globally distributed teams in a flexible remote environment and values collaboration, ownership, curiosity, and strong communication.

What you’ll be doing

* Own the design process from early concepts and wireframes through prototypes and final product delivery.

* Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers to define solutions, improve workflows, and influence product direction.

* Design intuitive user experiences for complex B2B SaaS products and enterprise-level use cases.

* Collaborate with developers throughout implementation to ensure high-quality execution and consistency.

* Contribute to the evolution of the company’s Design System and help maintain scalable design standards.

* Conduct usability testing, gather user feedback, and turn insights into product improvements.

* Participate in research activities including interviews, synthesis, and discovery initiatives.

* Identify opportunities beyond assigned tickets and proactively contribute to product strategy and user experience improvements.

What they’re looking for

* 4+ years of experience in Product Design / UX Design within B2B SaaS environments.

* Strong understanding of UX principles, UI patterns, interaction design, and user-centered thinking.

* Ability to quickly map user flows, build prototypes, and communicate design decisions clearly.

* Experience working in Agile product teams alongside engineers and product stakeholders.

* Understanding of front-end development fundamentals and technical constraints.

* Strong written and asynchronous communication skills.

* A practical mindset focused on solving user problems rather than purely visual design.

* Self-driven, collaborative personality with a proactive approach and low-ego attitude.

* Comfortable working with distributed international teams in a flexible remote setup.
