We seek a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant & Affiliate Recruiter to manage reviews across various Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) and our market exposure.

Responsibilities: 1. Travel Booking & Management:

* Book accommodations, flights, and other travel-related services on platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com , Expedia, and others.

* Ensure all bookings align with client preferences, budgets, and schedules.

* Manage reservations, modifications, and cancellations as needed.

2. Team Expansion & Recruitment:

* Identify potential individuals who can assist with travel bookings.

* Promote the opportunity to work as a travel assistant under a commission-based model.

* Onboard and guide new team members on how to effectively book trips using OTAs.

* Track and manage performance, ensuring successful transactions and client satisfaction.

Compensation:

* Commission per successful booking.

* Additional commission for every new team member recruited who completes bookings.
