What You Bring

* 3-4 years of experience in agency recruiting

* Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter

* A “detective” mindset-you enjoy uncovering and engaging top talent

* Ability to work independently and stay organized in a remote setting

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Self-motivated with a proven ability to take initiative and manage priorities
