2 Technical Architects and 2 Solution/Implementation Architects. SOLUTION ARCHITECTURE (Customer Migration & Implementation)

* Supplier will independently perform the following tasks in the Next Gen Ariba functional domain:

* Lead customer requirements workshops to gather business needs and document current Ariba configurations.

* Analyze customer’s current Ariba landscape (Buying & Invoicing, Sourcing, Contracts, SLP, Catalogs).

* Perform fit/gap assessments between existing Ariba configuration and Next-Gen Ariba capabilities.

* Design target procurement processes and approval flows for the new platform.

* Prepare configuration workbooks, migration design documents, mapping templates, and solution specifications.

* Guide customers through functional migration , including suppliers, users, roles, catalogs, workflows, and parameters.

* Coordinate with engineering resources to validate mapping logic, data transformation, and workflow outputs.

* Develop functional test scenarios, UAT scripts, and validation steps for migrated customers.

* Support customer testing cycles , including workflow validation, approvals, data reconciliation, and process walkthroughs.

* Lead cutover activities , including configuration finalization, customer readiness, and go-live alignment.

* Provide functional advisory on Next-Gen Ariba features, changes, and process redesign needs.

* Create customer-facing documentation , including solution summaries, migration guides, and training materials.
