About the role Sporty Group is looking for a Communications & Growth Partnerships Lead to own customer communications and regional marketing partnerships. This role blends channel optimization, localization, and commercial partnerships to drive growth at scale. What you'll be doing

* Identify, negotiate, and manage marketing partnerships across Africa & LATAM

* Optimize WhatsApp, SMS, and email performance (delivery, open, CTR, cost)

* Align communications with marketing, product, and lifecycle campaigns

* Work closely with Marketing, Prod and Ops for localization of messaging, creatives, and campaigns per market

* Plan and track regional activations and partnerships - including but not limited to strategic billboards, payment partnership campaigns, affiliate marketing etc

* Measure ROI and performance across owned and partner channels

* Onboard new communication channel partners, and manage existing Bulk SMS, email, and communication partners for cost optimization

What you'll bring

* 6+ years in growth, communications, or partnerships

* Hands-on experience with messaging platforms and lifecycle marketing

* Strong commercial and negotiation skills

* Experience working across multiple regions and cultures

* Comfortable to travel for local activations and market studies in existing and emerging markets for sporty

* Data-driven and execution-focused

* Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential
