You will work with international companies, develop accounts, build long-term relationships, and directly influence the company’s financial growth. Key Responsibilities

* Actively search for and attract new clients, expanding the contact base.

* Manage client accounts: identify client needs and provide optimal solutions.

* Build long-term partnerships and support clients at all stages of cooperation.

* Handle objections, consult clients on company services, and create tailored commercial proposals.

* Achieve sales goals and meet KPIs.

* Organize and manage your sales pipeline in CRM.

* Communicate via messengers, phone calls, emails, and specialized platforms.

Our Ideal Candidate

* At least 2 years of experience in sales .

* English proficiency at B2+ level (for international communication).

* Fluent in Ukrainian and Russian (for communication with clients from Kazakhstan, Armenia, Moldova, and the Baltic countries).

* Confident in using CRM systems and quick to adapt to new tools.

* Strong skills in negotiation, active listening, and objection handling.

* Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive.

* Ambitious to grow professionally, with the potential to lead a team in the future.
