* Work on international projects (US, Italy, France, UK)

* Mentor and assist developers with their tasks

* Take responsibility for technical implementation

* Assume a leading role in building technical architecture

What we expect:

* 6+ years of experience specifically in backend development using Node.js.

* Experience with NestJS

* Experience with API, and designing database systems

* Experience with AWS

* Experience in developing and launching apps from scratch

* Proven experience leading and mentoring a team of developers

* Good spoken English
