In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required - your domain knowledge is what matters. Scope of Work

* Analyze and provide insights on semiconductor device physics, operational principles, and recent advances.

* Evaluate and discuss microfabrication techniques, including process integration and yield optimization.

* Contribute technical assessments on device scaling, performance modeling, and reliability methodologies.

* Review and critique materials used in electronic and semiconducting device fabrication.

* Create detailed written explanations and verbal clarifications of complex engineering concepts for AI model training purposes.

* Deliver structured feedback on project data to ensure technical accuracy and completeness.

* Collaborate asynchronously with project coordinators and other domain experts within the platform.

Preferred Qualifications

* Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related discipline.

* Extensive experience in semiconductor device design, fabrication processes, and microelectronics engineering.

* Proven understanding of semiconductor physics, device modeling, and reliability testing.

* Hands-on exposure to modern microfabrication and process integration techniques.

* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to break down complex topics.

* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on articulating technical concepts clearly.

Compensation Structure Compensation is output-based; experts are paid per task that meets the project specifications.
