What this is
LearnEnglish offers grammar, vocabulary, listening and pronunciation practice, organised by level. Some courses issue a badge and proof of completion.
One thing must be said plainly: the free level test is for orientation only and issues no certificate. The British Council's real language document is IELTS, and that one is paid.
