Your role will involve applying your skills to enhance the training of advanced AI systems, shaping their learning processes through high-quality, realistic animations. No prior AI experience is necessary—your expertise in 3D animation is key. This role focuses on leveraging your technical and creative abilities to support the development of innovative AI, particularly in areas like character movement, rigging, and realistic 3D animation.

Scope of Work

- Develop and annotate high-quality 3D character animations using software like Blender, Maya, or Cinema 4D for AI training datasets. - Design rigging and character movement techniques to ensure precise and natural representation in 3D models. - Offer detailed analysis and annotation of video data to improve AI comprehension of animation and CGI elements. - Work closely with project managers to refine annotation guidelines and ensure alignment with the client's requirements. - Utilize CGI/VFX knowledge to identify and document subtle animation features for the project’s dataset. - Guarantee that all submissions meet high standards of consistency, accuracy, and visual quality. - Provide insightful feedback to enhance annotation methods and processes.

Preferred Qualifications

- Proficiency in 3D animation software such as Blender, Maya, or Cinema 4D. - Strong grasp of rigging, skinning, and character movement workflows. - Background in CGI/VFX pipelines and best practices for video data annotation. - Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to discern and articulate subtle differences in movement and visual elements. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, essential for remote collaboration. - Entry-level to mid-level experience in 3D animation, CGI, or related fields (senior-level expertise is not required). - Enthusiasm for contributing to the advancement of AI technologies through creative work.
