This is a good fit if you work as a graphic designer, editorial designer, layout designer or art director and make decisions about how a page, a publication or a brand piece looks and reads. Scope of Work
* Look at designs (posters, covers, page layouts, brand pieces) and judge which one is stronger for a given brief and audience.
* Check hierarchy, spacing, type choices, color and how text and images work together.
* Flag problems that would show up in production (wrong format, low resolution, margins, print color).
* Check that a design fits the brief and the brand or publication style.
* Write a short explanation for each decision so a reviewer can follow your reasoning.
What we’re looking for
* Professional work as a graphic designer, editorial designer, layout designer, publication designer, art director or brand designer.

How the selection process works
* Apply with your resume and a short profile.
* Complete the curation interview. It is a short conversation about your experience with exhibitions, collections and attribution. You don’t need to prepare, look at anything or write anything. Finishing it is what moves your application forward.
* Review. We check your experience against what the project needs.
* Onboarding and first task. If selected, you get the guidelines and start with an initial task, which is reviewed before you continue.
