About the Engagement

AllShore Talent is staffing a major Adobe implementation program that needs seasoned people across three workstreams: Content Supply Chain, Experience Platform & Digital Marketing, and Program & Delivery.

The program is high-priority and multi-resource, covering complex Adobe builds inside enterprise environments. The first engagement runs roughly six (6) months, and may be extended or lead to further projects depending on performance, business needs, and how the client's Adobe programs grow.

You will sit inside distributed delivery teams covering architecture, implementation, integration, configuration, data, marketing technology, analytics, operations, and program delivery.

Given the size and speed of the program, you should be at ease inside cross-functional teams, working with colleagues remotely, and adding value fast within project environments that are already running.

The hire is urgent and business-critical, so long notice periods such as 30 days cannot be accommodated.

If you cannot start soon, tell the recruiter whether you could begin part-time while serving out your notice. One workable pattern is 20 hours per week in the mornings until you can move to full-time.

Position Overview

We want a senior Adobe Enterprise Architect to shape and drive the future-state architecture of complex enterprise Adobe Experience Cloud environments.

The work spans several Adobe products plus the client's wider enterprise ecosystem, deciding how content, customer data, analytics, identity, personalization, journey orchestration, commerce, CRM, cloud platforms, and outside systems should fit together.

The scope is wide and cross-platform. It is neither a single-Adobe-product implementation job nor a platform-administration job.

Key Responsibilities

* Act as senior architecture leader and trusted advisor on enterprise Adobe transformation programs. * Run discovery sessions with executive, business, marketing, product, data, security, and technology stakeholders. * Evaluate the existing Adobe ecosystem, enterprise platforms, integrations, data architecture, operating model, and technical debt. * Set out current-state, transition-state, future-state, and North Star architectures. * Turn business goals into enterprise technology strategies that scale. * Specify how content, data, identity, analytics, personalization, decisioning, and activation move between platforms. * Design how Adobe products integrate with CRM, commerce, cloud, data warehouse, identity, consent, DAM, and activation platforms. * Put in place architecture principles, technical guardrails, integration patterns, governance standards, and decision frameworks. * Build phased transformation roadmaps covering dependencies, sequencing, and investment priorities. * Chair architecture reviews and mentor Solution Architects, Consultants, Engineers, Developers, Product Owners, and delivery teams. * Produce and present architecture diagrams, roadmaps, decision documents, and executive recommendations. * Act as escalation point on difficult cross-platform architecture calls.

* Adobe Experience Platform, Real-Time CDP, and enterprise data architecture. * Adobe Experience Manager, DAM, Workfront, and content supply chains. * Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Journey Optimizer, Campaign, and Target. * Adobe Commerce, customer identity, governance, enterprise integrations, and APIs.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

* 12+ years across enterprise architecture, solution architecture, digital transformation, martech, data, or enterprise technology consulting. * Substantial track record leading Adobe Experience Cloud transformations at enterprise scale. * Architecture breadth covering three or more Adobe products or capabilities. * A minimum of one official Adobe certification, named explicitly on your resume. * Proven ownership of enterprise current-state, future-state, and transition-state architecture. * Built multiyear Adobe platform or digital-transformation roadmaps. * Integrated Adobe products with enterprise data, CRM, identity, commerce, cloud, content, and activation platforms. * Advised Vice President, C-suite, or equivalent executive stakeholders. * Strong executive presence plus facilitation, presentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. * Able to lead a complex engagement spanning multiple products, teams, and business units without close supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

* Several Adobe certifications, or one tied to AEP, AEM, CJA, Analytics, AJO, Target, Workfront, Commerce, or another Experience Cloud product. * Hands-on breadth across four or more Adobe Experience Cloud products. * Background in consulting, systems integration, or a digital agency. * Familiarity with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. * Familiarity with privacy, consent, security, identity, and data governance.
