We are seeking a backend software engineer to be part of our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in crafting foundational technology and enhancing the platform's reliability, efficiency, and strategic direction.

This position is available on a remote basis. The working hours will be adjusted to fit UTC ± 2 hours.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and code scalable backend systems and APIs - Enhance database performance and structure - Build and maintain microservices architecture - Guarantee system availability and resilience - Work closely with front-end developers and DevOps teams - Engage in code reviews and technical discussions

Requirements:

- At least 3 years of backend development experience - Proficient in programming languages like Go, Python, or Node.js - In-depth understanding of databases, both SQL and NoSQL - Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices design - Strong problem-solving and communication abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with distributed systems and message queues - Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure - Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes - Experience with CI/CD practices and tools - Contributions to open-source projects
