About You
You should be a detail-oriented compliance specialist with a solid grasp of regulatory frameworks and licensing applications. You should be able to interpret complex regulations into straightforward guidance and client materials, and handle both structured audit requests and rapidly changing business development needs. You should also recognize when issues need to be escalated to senior Compliance or Legal teams.
About the Role
In this role, you will serve as the initial compliance overseer for AI outputs and associated client deliverables. You will collaborate with client-facing teams and commercial services. Responsibilities

Requirements
- At least three years of experience in compliance, regulatory consulting, digital assets, fintech, financial services, compliance audits, or law firms. - Practical experience with at least one licensing application, regulatory registration, or full-cycle regulatory-readiness project. - Profound knowledge of regulatory analysis, evidence review, and licensing documentation. - Capabilities to produce clear guidance, mappings, presentations, and client reports. - Strong client communication and cross-functional project management skills. - Effective management of urgent and ambiguous client requests while ensuring quality. - Excellent written and spoken English; proficiency in professional Chinese is a plus but not required. - Familiarity with digital asset regulation, VASP licensing, or similar frameworks is beneficial. - Basic understanding of limitations in LLMs, risk of hallucination, source traceability, and human-in-the-loop review.
