Role Overview As a Data & Insights Technical Consultant, you will work with leading brands to develop and enhance solutions using Adobe's data and analytics tools. Your role involves converting intricate business needs into technical solutions, connecting technical teams and business partners within the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) ecosystem. Key Responsibilities

* Guide the deployment and enhancement of AEP applications (Customer Journey Analytics, Real-Time CDP, Edge Data Collection, Analytics) for large-scale clients

* Work closely with business consultants, data architects, and enterprise architects to deliver integrated solutions

* Facilitate technical dialogues and interpret business demands into technical requirements and specifications

* Create data integrations, tag management plans, and API connections for resilient, scalable solutions

* Contribute to the design of custom solutions

* Provide client-facing presentations, documentation, and training materials (data dictionaries, technical specifications)

* Mentor and instruct both internal and client teams; contribute to thought leadership content

* Maintain thorough records of project activities and client communications

Requirements Essential Skills & Experience

* Minimum of 8 years in technical, client-facing roles with experience in enterprise software deployment

* At least 2 years of direct experience with one or more of: Customer Journey Analytics, Real-Time CDP, Analytics

* Fundamental knowledge of Adobe Edge Data Collection for web and mobile

* Expertise in API integration, tag management, data modeling, and architecture

* Knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform Tags, single-page applications, and web development

* Comfort with JavaScript; proficiency in Python and SQL is advantageous

* Experience with mobile SDKs, architecture, marketing technology, and analytics; understanding of event-data flows

Preferred / Desirable Skills

* Utilization of AI/ML models for customer segmentation, predictive analytics, or automation

* Experience in designing or managing databases/data models

* Industry expertise in retail, finance, healthcare, or other sectors

* Proficiency in automation/scripting (Python, Scala, R) for large-scale data analysis

* Familiarity with multi-platform media distribution (web, mobile, OTT) and privacy/consent considerations
