We achieve this through a variety of programs, live events, a membership community, and hands-on coaching. As a 7-figure business, we are at a pivotal moment and are seeking an operator to establish the framework for scaling further.

Why This Position The founder excels at vision and content creation. The business now requires someone to take ownership of execution, not just assist or support it. You will be responsible for establishing the management structure, ensuring every team member is accountable to measurable outcomes, and safeguarding the founder's time so they can focus on tasks only they can perform. If you have transformed a founder-led online business from a chaotic but growing state to a structured and scalable operation, this role is designed for you.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and optimize processes to ensure tasks are completed efficiently. - Create organizational structures, scorecards, and 1-on-1 frameworks to provide a robust management system. - Manage our external marketing agency and ensure they meet weekly funnel performance and revenue targets. - Design and implement KPI dashboards for the coaching team and leadership. - Lead the weekly leadership meetings and quarterly planning processes. - Identify skill gaps, oversee hiring processes, and conduct performance reviews. - Anticipate and resolve operational issues to minimize the founder's workload, aiming for 10 hours or less within 12 months.

Essential Requirements

Non-negotiable Experience:

- Managed a high-growth online coaching, education, or digital marketing business reaching over $10M. - Led a fully remote team. - Ensured a marketing agency delivers on paid acquisition performance. - Guided a business through the $3M-$10M growth phase.

Key Skills:

- Financial management and reporting. - Building systems and standard operating procedures from scratch. - Performance management using scorecards and KPI rhythms. - Utilizing AI and automation in daily operations. - Structured hiring and team development.

You are a good fit if you have previously worked directly for a founder and found it motivating. You should be able to manage relationships with superiors, provide constructive feedback, and offer solutions to challenges. Your work should be scalable and sustainable without constant oversight.

This position is not suitable for those with primarily corporate or enterprise backgrounds, as our business is founder-led, fast-paced, and values-driven.
