Job Role: Senior Frontend Engineer As a Senior Frontend Engineer at Tether, you’ll transform AI intelligence into user-friendly experiences that impact our users' perceptions and trust. Your work is crucial to our success in the competitive AI assistant market.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain new features and bug fixes, focusing on reliability, performance, and user satisfaction - Ensure high code quality through consistent coding standards, code reviews, and automated testing - Design and implement responsive, high-performance user interfaces and application states for seamless cross-platform experiences

Requirements:

- Proven experience with React/Preact and modern JavaScript/TypeScript in large-scale applications - Proficiency in state management tools like Redux, Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or similar - Capability to write modular, maintainable, and well-tested code - Strong testing and debugging skills for complex frontend applications - Interest or experience with P2P technologies or distributed systems - Comfort working in a remote, globally distributed team; excellent communication skills
