About Us

We're in search of sales representatives with KPI-driven goals, aiming to earn up to $45,000 in your first year while working remotely. Our comprehensive training and continuous sales coaching will support you in achieving your financial objectives.

Compensation Structure

This position is entirely commission-based, meaning your earning potential is limitless. Additionally, we regularly offer performance-based bonuses to acknowledge hard work and success.

Training Phase (Weeks 1-4)

We're committed to your success and will support you as you settle into your role:

- Week 1: Commission-only (an opportunity to start earning while you familiarize yourself with the job). - Weeks 2-4: A guaranteed training stipend of $500 total, or your commission if it's higher. You'll receive the amount that is most beneficial to you.

- Week 0: Unpaid - Week 1: $100 minimum guaranteed - Week 2: $150 minimum guaranteed - Week 3: $250 minimum guaranteed

By the end of training, you'll be equipped to maximize commissions, with the assurance of a guaranteed base during your adjustment period.

Post-Training Period:

- Average first year OTE: $25,000 - $35,000 annually. - Top performer first year OTE: $35,000 - $45,000 annually.

Your Responsibilities

You'll educate incoming callers about their credit standing, offering consultations to enroll them in one of our services if they're a good fit.

We're looking for team members who:

- Are tech-savvy, able to navigate tools like Slack, CRM software, and Google Sheets. These tools are integral to our operations. - Are growth-oriented and eager to learn and acquire new skills. - Are self-starters capable of working independently and efficiently. - Are team players who can incorporate feedback from sales coaches. - Show empathy and professionalism, especially under pressure, as finances can be a sensitive topic. - Are financially motivated and capable of meeting and surpassing sales targets. - Are outgoing with excellent rapport-building and active listening skills. Requirements

Scheduling

Training: The schedule for the first four weeks of training is from 10 AM to 6 PM EST. The first week of training is mandatory for all new trainees. Missing a day may require you to restart the first week of training.

Post-Training:

We are currently seeking representatives to work on the following schedule:

- Monday to Friday shifts to be discussed with our hiring manager based on our company's needs at the time of hire. Shifts are as follows:
