IT Infrastructure Engineer (Full-Time / Remote)
We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer to manage, maintain, and improve our company's IT systems, networks, and infrastructure.
What You'll Do
* Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, servers, and networks.
* Monitor system performance, security, and reliability.
* Troubleshoot infrastructure, hardware, and network issues.
* Manage access controls, backups, and system configurations.
* Support infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and improvements.
* Ensure systems remain secure, scalable, and operational.
Must Have
* 4+ years of IT infrastructure or systems administration experience.
* Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux environments.
* Experience with networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, firewalls).
* Experience managing servers, virtualization, and cloud infrastructure.
* Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and access management.
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have
* AWS, Azure, DigitalOcean or other cloud platform experience.
* Infrastructure automation and scripting (PowerShell, Bash).
* Experience with monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery systems.
* Experience supporting high-availability environments.
We're looking for someone hands-on who can take ownership of our IT infrastructure and keep our systems secure, reliable, and efficient.
