Job Title: Quality Engineer Experience Level: 4-6 Years Work Mode - Remote Location: Remote Job Summary : We are looking for a skilled Quality Engineer to join our SAP Field Service Management (FSM) team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in automation testing, performance tracing, and end-to-end quality assurance. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions. Key Responsibilities :
* Develop and maintain automation test scripts using Selenium and Cypress.
* Conduct end-to-end, regression, and functional testing to ensure product quality.
* Implement performance tracing and monitoring to identify bottlenecks.
* Collaborate with development teams to integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines .
* Ensure quality standards by designing and maintaining test plans, test cases, and test reports.
* Analyze defects, troubleshoot issues, and provide detailed documentation for resolution.
* Work with cross-functional teams to define and improve test strategies.
Required Skills & Experience:
* 4-6 years of experience in software quality assurance and test automation.
* Strong expertise in Selenium, Cypress, and JavaScript/TypeScript/Python-based automation frameworks.
* Experience in performance testing and tracing tools (e.g., Dynatrace, Grafana, or similar).
* Familiarity with REST API testing using Postman or similar tools.
* Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
* Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and test-driven development (TDD).
* Excellent analytical and debugging skills.
Good to Have:
* Experience with SAP FSM or SAP ecosystem .
* Knowledge of cloud-based testing and containerization ( Docker, Kubernetes).
* Exposure to security testing practices.
