About the Role: You'll be part of a growing, agile team dedicated to integrating quality assurance practices into our product development. Your contributions will significantly impact the future of Torrero.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting functional and non-functional testing, including web and mobile, integration, regression, and usability tests. - Identifying, documenting, and reporting bugs to the development team. - Verifying bug fixes. - Creating detailed test cases. - Executing tests with high and low-level test cases. - Maintaining comprehensive testing documentation, including test suites, test cases, checklists, and instructions. - Tracking quality assurance metrics. - Analyzing and executing test cases. - Analyzing and documenting product features and business requirements. - Refining the testing process. - Collaborating closely with the Development and Delivery Manager to define system requirements. - Working with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

Required Skills:

- At least 3 years of experience in manual testing for both mobile and web applications. - Experience in creating and maintaining testing documentation. - Proficiency with Git. - In-depth knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC). - Strong understanding of software QA methodologies and processes. - Familiarity with Python, Playwright, Docker, and Kubernetes (desirable). - Fluent in Russian and proficient in English.
