About this job
RPA Support Engineer
About the Role: Keep our Robotic Process Automation estate running. You own daily support, upkeep, and tuning of automations built in UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate. When production bots break, you take the ticket, trace the cause, ship the fix, and keep workflows running reliably and fast. We also want someone who has worked with AI-driven intelligent automation: UiPath AI Center / Document Understanding plus Microsoft AI Builder (AI IXP capabilities), so we can grow how far intelligent automation reaches inside the business.
What You Will Do:
* Watch production UiPath and Power Automate bots, sort incoming incidents by priority, and close them out
* Dig into failures, exceptions, and slowdowns to find the real cause; write up what you found and what you changed
* Keep every automation touching PHI/PII inside HIPAA rules; work alongside compliance and security on audit logging and access control
* Run and look after AI-boosted automation workflows built on UiPath AI Center, Document Understanding, and Communications Mining
* Keep runbooks, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles current for everything you support
* Take on other tasks as assigned so the department and the Company keep running well
* Work by Verisma Core Values and champion them
What You Need:
* High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Bachelor's degree a plus
* 2+ years building or supporting RPA with UiPath, hands-on across Orchestrator, Studio, and Attended/Unattended Robots
* 1+ years with Microsoft Power Automate: cloud flows, desktop flows, connectors, CoE toolkit
* Firm grasp of RPA architecture: bot lifecycle, exception handling, queues, assets, credential management
* Worked inside an ITSM framework such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or similar, handling incident, problem, and change management
* Comfortable scripting in at least one of PowerShell, Python, or VBScript to support automation infrastructure
* Sharp analysis and troubleshooting instincts; can read logs, trace files, and Orchestrator/Power Platform diagnostic data
* Able to travel quarterly, subject to change
