Overview We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our Global IT team at Quest Software and contribute to the advancement of our Salesforce ecosystem. In this role, you will collaborate on key applications that support our global sales and marketing operations, working closely with diverse teams including Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and IT.

Responsibilities

* Design, develop, and refine Salesforce solutions utilizing Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and platform declarative features.

* Address complex business challenges by combining configuration, custom development, and system integrations.

* Create scalable automation using Salesforce Flows and other platform tools.

* Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and enterprise platforms through APIs and middleware technologies like Boomi.

* Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams supporting Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations to ensure seamless process alignment.

* Provide support for Salesforce applications integrated through managed packages and third-party GTM platforms.

* Adhere to development best practices, including code reviews, documentation, testing, and release management.

* Participate in CI/CD processes using tools such as Copado and Azure DevOps.

* Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues while offering high-quality support to internal users.

* Keep abreast of emerging Salesforce technologies, AI capabilities, and industry best practices.

Qualifications Required Skills & Experience

* Minimum of 8 years of software development experience, with at least 2 years dedicated to building and customizing solutions on the Salesforce Lightning Platform.

In line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive, the compensation for this role commences at €70,600 annually. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, qualifications, and performance. Eligible candidates may also receive a bonus or commission as per the company's formal plan. Benefits are provided on a country-by-country basis.
