Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct requirements analysis and both manual and automated testing. - Oversee product releases. - Create comprehensive test documentation, including checklists, test cases, and quality reports. - Apply the Test Pyramid Model, collaborating closely with development engineers to ensure high and consistent code quality. - Maintain and enhance the automation testing framework. - Perform functional and exploratory testing, covering backend/api, message queues, blockchain, and cryptocurrency exchanges. Execute a range of testing tasks. - Contribute to the development of testing tools, including fake test services. - Participate in the design of quality processes, estimations, and test cases. - Improve the CI/CD process.

Requirements:

- At least 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, including both manual and automated testing. - Background in automation microservices. - Experience in developing test automation frameworks from scratch (Tech Stack: Python + Pytest, Kubernetes, GitLab CI, Grafana). - Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes, along with a solid understanding of CI/CD (we use ArgoCD and GitLab). - Familiarity with queues Kafka/NSQ/NATS/Rabbit, particularly NSQ. - Knowledge of ELK, Sentry, and other monitoring/alerting tools. - Mastery of QA approaches, testing principles, testing types, zero bug policies, test pyramid methodologies, and test coverage distribution. - Extensive experience in functional and non-functional testing (load testing, integration, acceptance testing, exploratory, and security testing). - In-depth understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from requirements analysis to application monitoring. - Self-motivated and proactive. - Strong command of spoken and written English and Russian.

Nice to Have:

- Familiarity with cryptocurrency exchanges or traditional trading markets. - Blockchain experience, particularly with Bitcoin, Ethereum, and other popular blockchains. - Knowledge of fastAPI/Flask for maintaining and expanding test services. - Experience with GO, which could be beneficial for reading GO code.
